Born and raised in Montreal, John spent the '90s as a musician (percussion/drums) recording and playing gigs. But it was his first band, Me Mom & Morgentaler that allowed him to gallivant around the continent for a rambunctious seven years playing shows, festivals and doing videos. Before joining the MartiniBoys, John had a column in a local paper and ran an online magazine for two and a half years in Montreal. He now calls Parkdale home soaking in its unique culture of colourful characters that never fail to amuse.
