iagara Street Café (169 Niagara Street) has re-opened under the helm of Anton Potvin (Eau) and Rob Kent (JK Wine Bar), taking over Deborah Nichols’ home-spun eatery after a month-long closure for renovations. Though keeping the same name, the two sommeliers have brought in Scott Pennick to offer a more ‘deconstructed’ menu.
