| Like all notorious classics, this one looks, to some extent, harmless and unassuming. But the more you have the deeper you get and the more hooked you get. Ingredients: 8 parts Premium Vodka 1 part onion juice Garnish Olive Instructions Pre-chill glass with ice. Meanwhile add the ingredients to shaker with cracked ice, Mix contents. Dump ice out of glass, then strain drink into chilled glass, add the olive. Notes: Visitor Comments: Rick L.Toronto.ON April 10, 2002 I make this martini but I opt for gin instead of vodka. Using a standard cocktail shaker, I pour it 1/2 full with Bombay Saphire, and I only use a small dribble of vermouth, an eye dropper full is great. All that goes in the shaker and pack the shaker full of ice. Shake, and serve in frosted martini glasses that have been in the freezer. I use no onion or olive, just a twist. Makes two servings, depending on glass size. Very nice. Add your comments |
