The Spy is ripped from from Cobalt's dedicated menu of signature drinks. But, a word of warning: call a flavoured drink in a V-shaped glass a "martini"here, and you'll get a look from the barkeep sour enough to melt butter.

Ingredients:

3 parts Allen's Apple Juice
1 part Smirnoff Vodka
1 splash Apfelkorn (Apple Schnapps)
1 splash Apple Sourz
Garnish with slice green apple

Instructions:
Measure all ingredients to shaker with cracked ice, Mix contents . Pour mixed contents into a highball glass, and add a freshly sliced wedge of green apple

Notes:
This Spy is not a martini, it's actually part of the highball cocktail gang. The Spy originated in Cobalt and became a favourite of the movers of that little lounge.

Hmmmm... isn't this site called "martini" boys? If I wanted highball drinks, I would have gone to highballboys.com! I see you have shooters too.
