The mission here is to ascend skyward on the ethereal vapours of this three ring martini. Generous with the vodka - we don’t want a strawberry smoothie here. It doesn’t take too much imagination to see that Red Drink came up with the Red Martini. vodka, strawberry liqueur, Alize and pineapple juice topped with Proseco and a strawberry - and it really does taste like a strawberry.
Ingredients:
8 Part(s) Vodka
1 Parts strawberry liqueur
1 Parts Alize Red Passion
1 Parts fresh pineapple juice
Garnished with a strawberry.
Instructions
Rinse glass with water, then fill with ice. Meanwhile add the ingredients to shaker with cracked ice, shake. Dump ice out of glass, then strain the drink into glass, and then add the strawberry.
Notes:
Heavy on the vodka, easy on everything else. Use fresh juice and a fresh strawberry.
