|  From Andy Pool Hall's martini selection we have the Pomegranate Martini. Follow us as we re-create the mixology steps, based on the ingredient list that they publish on their menu. Ingredients: 6 parts Bombay Sapphire Gin 1 part fresh pomegranate 1 part passion fruit syrup 1 part cherry bitters Garnish fresh mint. Instructions In the bottom of a glass shaker, muddle together a tablespoon of pomegranate seeds with two dashes of cherry syrup and a tablespoon of passionfruit syrup. Add the gin and a couple of mint leaves and ice. Shake well and strain the drink into a chilled martini glass. Garnish by squeezing the oil of a lemon zest over the drink and discard, then float a small mint sprig on top.  | | | |  | | Pomegranate Martini |  |
