From the gin-based Martinez to technicolor-style martini cocktail, the poor martini has undergone more makeovers than all other cocktails combined. If Lounge's Pick-me-up Martini would surely make Dean Martin cringe, but as the name might suggest, this one has a high-octane purpose.
Ingredients:
1 part espresso
1 part Stoli Vanilla
1 splash Kahlua
Garnish
chocolate covered coffee beans
Instructions
Prepare espresso, and chill. Pre-chill martini glass with ice. Measure out equal pours of chilled espresso and Stoli Vanilla with a splash of Kahlua into cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Pour into chilled glass. Drop a few chocolate-covered coffee beans in for garnish.
