We are pleased to say that the Passion fruit martini covered all bases when setting out to due its part to revolutionize the Holiday cocktail experience.
The Passion fruit is made with, uhmm, passion fruit puree and a premium vodka, this specialty combines a tropical sweet-tart flavor with an unusual perfume-like bouquet. Two modest ingredients. One great taste.
Ingredients:
Juice from 4 passion fruit
1 ounce lime juice
2 tsp. simple syrup, or to taste
1/4 ounce Tequila
1/4 ounce Cointreau
1/4 cup Moét & Chandon Champagne
Garnish
passion fruit wedge
Instructions
Place the passion-fruit juice and seeds, lime juice, simple syrup, tequila, and Cointreau in a blender, and liquefy. Strain (leave the seeds in the juice for a fruitier flavour), pour into a glass filled with ice, add the champagne.
Notes:
Try different garnishes, but we liked the passion fruit.
