|  Oysters are not the type of thing to eat by yourself, and the same goes for this Martini from the cocktail depths, spiked with horseradish-infused Vodka. On the martini roundup at Auberge du Pommier, you will find this entry: The Oyster Boy Martini. Now, kids, don't wince at the ingredients. Enjoy, you get a Malpeque on top of it. Ingredients: 8 parts horseradish-infused Vodka 1 part ginger-lime lemonade Garnish Malpeque oyster (on the side) Instructions Pre-chill glass with ice. Meanwhile add the ingredients to shaker with cracked ice, Mix contents. Dump ice out of glass, strain drink into chilled glass, serve with oyster on a side plate. Notes: The horseradish-infused Vodka is a bit much. But don't be afraid to serve oysters with regular martinis. That rates right up there with oysters and Champagne.
