The Temple of Ognam has all the elements to make you roll your eyes and say, “Not another one!” Sure it’s one of The Colony Kitchen’s signature Sake cocktails in a martini glass, but there’s something very special going on here. Initially, the ingredients seem like they would make bad roommates. But in the end, the Temple of Ognam is gratifyingly foreign and soothing.
Ingredients:
4 parts Sake
1 part mango juice
1 splash dry vermouth
Garnish
Lime Wedge
Instructions
Chill glass. Meanwhile, pour ingredients into shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into chilled glass.
