| This swank, sake-splashed concoction has an edge that can knock the sash off your kimono. This martini uses the heady combination of sake, lychee liqueur and sparkling wine, which may not sound very tempting, but take it from me, it’s definitely worth having the next visit to KuboDX.
Ingredients:
6 parts sake
1 part Soho lychee liqueur
1 part sparkling wine
Garnish
1 Lychee
Instructions
Pre-chill glass with ice. Meanwhile mix the sake, Soho lychee liqueur and top up with sparkling wine. Serve chilled in a champagne flute.
Notes:
