A good reason to go to Loft could be for the His and Hers martinis. Not even on the menu, the His is fueled by Jack Daniels while Her Martini has the sharp characteristics of grapefruit, making it a cool summer cocktail.
His Martini
1 part Wyborowa Vodka
1 part Jack Daniels
2 parts apple juice
Garnish: apple slice (and a sidecar of Jack Daniels)
Her Martini
1 part Wyborowa Vodka
1 part grapefruit juice
1 splash of Triple Sec
Garnish: lemon twist
Instructions
Pre-chill glass with ice. Meanwhile add the ingredients to shaker with cracked ice, Strain chilled martini into chilled glass, Add Sake as top layer
