| Swank, Civil and Seductive, this wacky little number is the creative product from the crew manning the bar at Amber. They make this drink with Chartreuse and - the best part - a gummy bear. No twist or olive for this one.
Ingredients:
8 Parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 part Chartreuse
Garnish
green gummi bear
Instructions :
Pre-chill glass with ice. Meanwhile add the ingredients to shaker with cracked ice, Mix contents. Dump ice out of glass, then strain drink into chilled glass, add the gummy bear.
Notes:
I cannot see a bunch of old CEOs sitting around the men’s club sipping these, but we've tried (many) and really, it's better than it sounds.
