Canteena is having way too much fun with liquor. Their signature Caipirinha is made with whatever spirit you wish it to be made of. For example, say you might want this lime and sugar concoction with gin (a Caipirigna). Good choice, young man. And tomorrow you want it with rum (a Caipirissima). Also fine. Here’s how to make one with vodka (a Caipiroska).
Ingredients:
1 Part Premium Vodka
1 Part Cachaca
1 Part muddled lime
1 Pinch raw sugar
garnish: Lime twist
Instructions:
Quarter lime, remove skin and muddle the lime flesh in cocktail shaker with a pinch of sugar and add equal amounts vodka. Add ice and shake. Pour into glass, ice and all. Garnish with lime twist.
