|  Judging by recipes that bartenders at some of Torontos trendiest bars send us, new martinis seem to be vodka-based, straight-up, semisweet (thanks to liqueurs, fruit juices or dessert toppings) concoctions - and the more colourful, the better. This is Canada, after all, where personal preference and diversity are the most succulent flavours. Ingredients: 2 parts Premium Vodka 2 part Champagne 1 part Peach Schnapps Garnish Kirsch-soaked cherries Instructions Pre-chill glass with ice. Meanwhile add the ingredients to shaker with cracked ice, Mix contents. Dump ice out of glass, then strain drink into chilled glass, add the Kirsch soaked cherries.  | | | |  | | Bouchon Martini |  |
