Blue is one of the colour-coded items taken from Päaeez’s menu of signature drinks - coming in colours like electric yellow, glowing green or bright red, they indicate a festive party-in-a-glass before that first sip is ever taken.
Ingredients:
3 parts Vodka
3 parts juice from fresh blueberries (about a handful per drink)
1 part lemon juice
1 splash of simple syrup
Garnish
Three blueberries
Instructions
Measure all ingredients into a blender, using equal amounts vodka and blueberries. Add a handful of cracked ice (but go easy, we don’t want a Slushee here), blend contents. Pour blended contents into a martini glass, and add a few fresh blueberries for garnish.
