Big Apricot Dynamite! On the search for the ultimate spring session in a glass? Here we have the apricot Mango Martini. A couple of these and you can forget about the chaos theory, Pascal’s math problem, or that relativity thing.
Ingredients:
2 parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 part apricot brandy
1 part simple syrup
1 part fresh lemon juice
Garnish
Lemon Peel
Instructions
Pour gin, apricot brandy, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice 1 slice of fresh mango In the bottom of the glass half of a Boston shaker. Muddle together the mango, the syrup, and the lemon juice, add the apricot brandy and the gin and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
