Allia is a cocktail: an icy potent cross between a Lychee Martini and a Cosmopolitan. It packs a silky punch and isn't at all as bad as it sounds.
Allia is an Indian word, meaning 'second one’, and is also Caren’s bartender that created the gem.
Ingredients:
4 Parts Smirnoff Vodka
1 Part Soho Lychee Liqueur
1 Part Cranberry Juice
Garnish: Lime Twist
Instructions
Pre-chill glass with ice. Meanwhile add the ingredients to shaker with cracked ice, Mix contents. Pour entire contents into chilled glass, including ice.
