Lychewan Martini

If James Bond had known about the Lynchewan Martini he probably would have emigrated to Japan. This swank, sake-splashed concoction has an edge that can knock the sash off your kimono. The martini uses the heady combination of sake, lychee liqueur and sparkling wine, which may not sound very tempting, but take it from me, its definitely worth a try.

Ingredients:
6 parts sake
1 part Soho lychee liqueur
1 part sparkling wine
Pre-chill glass with ice. Meanwhile mix the sake, Soho lychee liqueur and top up with sparkling wine. Serve chilled in a champagne flute.
