3 Parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
2 Parts Fresh Orange Juice
2 Parts Fresh Cranberry Juice
1 Splash Amaretto

Place Bombay Sapphire, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice and Amaretto into a blender with a scoop of crushed ice. Shake until chilled then strain gently into a large martini glass.

Feel free to add a squeeze of lime. This is a refreshingly fruity cocktail which we are sure everyone will love.
