    We now enter the cutthroat world of the corporate cocktail - not martinis at lunch, but the drinks that mean business. Enter The Sapphire Sour, a cool contender.

    Ingredients

    2 Parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
    2 Parts orange juice
    1 Part freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 splash sugar syrup
    1 splash pasteurised egg white

    Garnish

    Split lime wedge

    Instructions

    Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.

    Notes

    Sour as the name suggests, but also quite fruity.
