    Sapphire Sling

    Sapphire Sling

    The Sapphire Sling looks, to some extent, harmless and unassuming. But the more you have the deeper you get and the more hooked you get.

    Ingredients

    4 Parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
    1 Part cherry brandy
    1 Part freshly squeezed lemon juice
    Top up with soda water

    Garnish

    Lemon slice.

    Instructions

    Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass, then top up with soda water.

    Notes

    A classic cocktail with a twist.
