    Pink BT was originally a mixture devised by the Royal Navy in order to make the medicinal ANGOSTURA bitters more palatable.

    Ingredients

    3 Parts tonic water
    2 Parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
    1 drop ANGOSTURA bitters

    Garnish

    Lemon peel twist.

    Instructions

    Stir BOMBAY SAPPHIRE and ANGOSTURA bitters with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Top up with tonic water.
