    French 75

    The French 75 was created by Harry MacElhone in 1925. Named after the 75 field gun used by the French army during World War 1.

    Ingredients

    3 Parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
    1 Part Champagne
    1 Part freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 Part sugar syrup

    Garnish

    Lemon slice

    Instructions

    Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into glass, then top-up with Champagne and lightly stir.
