5 Parts Pol Roger Champagne
2 Parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 Part Lemon Juice
1 Part Powdered Sugar

In a shaker half-filled with cracked ice, combine the Bombay Sapphire Gin, sugar, and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour into a collins glass. Top with the Pol Roger Champagne. Stir well and garnish with a lemon twist.
