    A long drink with subtle flavours of giner, mint and lemon. A classic cocktail.

    Ingredients

    2 Parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
    1 Part freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 Splash green creme de menthe
    Top up with ginger ale

    Garnish

    Lemon and mint

    Instructions

    Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass, then top up with ginger ale.
