Ingredients
2 Parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
2 Parts mango juice
1 Part ginger
Splash lemongrass cordial
Garnish
Lemon slice
Instructions
Shake 50ml of Bombay Sapphire, 25ml of ginger and lemongrass cordial and 50ml of mango juice vigorously with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.
Fill to the top with lemonade and garnish the cocktail with a lmeon slice and a straw made from a hallowed length of lemongrass.
