    Blue Lagoon

    Blue Lagoon was created by Andy MacElhone in the 1960s. A variation is SAPPHIRE, Blue Curacao and lemonade on the rocks.

    Ingredients

    1 Part BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
    1 Part vodka
    1 Part Blue Curacao
    1 Part freshly squeezed lime juice
    1 Part sugar syrup

    Garnish

    Split lemon wedge

    Instructions

    Blend all ingredients with ice and pour into glass.
