The Rimrock Restaurant

The Rimrock inside the Fairmont Palliser has served guests since 1914, including the Prince of Wales and Prime Minister R.B. Bennett, who had a table beside the fireplace for over 15 years.



This Tudor-style restaurant was named by Banff artist Charles Beil, whose 38-foot mural graces the fireplace.
