    Il Chianti Restaurant

    Chianti is a dry, red table wine, originally presented in straw-covered bottles. Presumably, this restaurant is free of humidity, provides plenty of tables, and protects you from the elements by way of a thatched roof. Isn't that quaint? Yes, it's very quaint. -D.M. [...]

    Il Chianti's food is more than enough to compensate for it's few shortcomings. Probably the best Italian food I've had in Calgary. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, but while the overall experience is enjoyable, expect to pay for it.
