1I recently attended a birthday party here and the first problem was that we were sat a the section by the fireplace that didn't have a functional table to eat at..it was coffee table height. It was a party of about 20 people and several orders were done in error, two orders were completely forgotten and bread was brought only towards the end of our meals. I felt it was very unorganized and would not go back. posted by Gary S. 336 days ago 2The food was fabulous. The service appalling. Wait for a table (even with a reservation) was at least 20 minutes. Some food orders never arrived. It took us almost 45 mins to get someone's attention to bring the bill.
Loved the food, loved the atmosphere. Not sure if I will go back given the horrendous level of service. posted by Sally 231 days ago 3WORST EVER. I cannot stand a restaurant that does not believe in offering good customer service. While the food was actually okay, the attitude of the staff here ruined my apetite.
