Cornerstone Pub

A new pub at Euclid and College might not knock anyone's socks off, but what if it turns out to be a shade better than the average run-of-the-mill pub? That about describes our excitement after a few rounds of drinks and late-night noshing at the Cornerstone, College Street’s new drinking spot.



I don't mean to demean it; it's cozy, inventive and fun. But as a nightspot, it's a novelty pub at best. Owners have put a bit of thought into transforming the old El Bodegon space into a multi-function spot that will surely be a sure-fire hit, if only because of it's seriously hot location (even though there's one across the street, I'm surprised Starbucks didn't grab it).
