Neutral

Something’s gotta be said for a place that just cannot be identified by pedestrian traffic on College Street. It’s either new, exclusively kept on the low-down, or simply just a waste of time. Neutral is new, it opened in April 2005. Learning that it was the old Lion's Pub space, one would expect an over-the-top layout design with a wildly random crowd. Yet Neutral falls a little short of expectations.
In fact, it’s quite the contrary. A lively crowd of good-looking 20-somethings, in a rather bland setting. If you go in expecting no more than that, you'll leave satisfied. But for the rest of us, there must be a catch to this place.
