Moustaches are verging on un-ironic. As our proximity to the eighties decreases, lip hair becomes less of a satirical nod and more of a face fashion choice. In that respect, several Employees Only employees are ahead of the soup-catcher trend. A watering hole with a deliberate speakeasy vibe, Employees Only began as an industry hangout before blooming into an old school, classic cocktail joint for servers, slingers, and imbibers alike. Though EO offers a solid menu of French-ish Contempo fare, the true draw remains the classic cocktails and the fuck-prohibition vibe. -S.T.
