Tokyoflash Rogue
By Scott Tavener
here is a strange allure to the word "rogue." Though it originally described a property-less peripatetic, it came to represent road-treading criminals. Now, its connotation has again shifted to a lovable rake. It's funny how time can change a word. With the advent of the Tokyoflash Rogue, "rogue" now has a new meaning: subtly sleek timepiece.
Travel into the future and look at people's wrists. You'll see watches that look a lot like this one. With its green LCD screen and LED lights, it has an innately futuristic appeal. However, its band and sides give it a classic cool aesthetic. It's a proverbially intriguing amalgamation of past, present, and future.
The art of telling time has changed little in the last several centuries. Two to three hands mark the seconds and hours (to hell with traditional digital watches), whether there are numbers, dashes, or empty space. However, the Rogue changes things. While still utilizing a circular clock, it uses a system of green blocks to denote the time. It may take some time getting used to, but it's great for drawing attention to your wrist (an underused body part, save for festival season). The Rogue is composed of stainless steel, comes in both silver and black, is water resistant, and retails for approximately $150 (USD). | Tokyoflash Rogue

Would LOVE to know if any retailers in Vancouver are carrying this line? Have sworn by my St.Moritz & Fossil, however this watch looks sleek & playful. And just the right bit of wrist eye candy to tempt the select few!!!

I've got to say the whole 'Tokyo Flash' range have a very noticable & catchy style about them, although some seem a little confusing, i've been looking for the 'Rogue' watch myself and found plenty of sites that have reviews on this model, however the only place that seems to be selling it is the manufacturer www.tokyoflash.com. It must be because its only just been released, so it's like gold dust really, pretty hard to get a hold of. I want one! haha
