  here had been a long disagreement about who had last had the lighter, everyone pointing fingers and crying foul as the campfire sat unlit and consorts and dependents shivered. The verbal combatants reached for their cigarette packs surreptitiously, simultaneously hoping not to find the wayward lighter and to hear a sheepish admittance of folly. Z pulled her pack from her back pocket just as lightening struck her down. After her death, no one cared about her fallen pack; blues barged into the witnesses' collective internal soundtrack and the campfire stayed cold. Conversely, people always care about blues rock at Pack AD shows. Look for hints of Jack White and Z's ghost, smoking and cooking marshmallows on an open flame. -S.T.
