    Two Chefs and a Table

Location: 305 Alexander Street, Vancouver, BC

Now that Gastown has somewhat cleaned up its act, diners are comfortable visiting the edgy neighbourhood after dark. But with space now leasing here at a premium, many businesses are slowly creeping further east to postal code V6A – Railtown. Although there may still be some less desirable elements lingering in this hood, it appears that business and the local residents are slowly learning to coexist. Hoping to capitalize on the revitalization of Railtown is the newest restaurant project from Karl Gregg and Alan Bosomworth (of Whineos, Feenies, Spectra group, etc.).

At 305 Alexander, Gregg and Bosomworth have opened Chefs and a Table Catering and Bistro. Located in the spot where Sean Heather was to open Pepper (cancelled it last year and choose to expand Salt instead), the pair treats guests to seating at an onsite Chef’s table where they can watch the production and taste the fare.

2 Chefs is working with local producers to develop onsite and catering menus with sustainability in mind.

Sick of sourcing out boring bagels and muffins for the office? Need a small or large event with pizzazz? 2 chefs promises relief from the ordinary.

    Two Chefs is now open.
