e loved Beef and Cheddars from Arby's. Mmm, beef; mmm, cheddar; mmm, onion bun; mmm, Arby's sauce. It's not the most complicated sandwich in the world. We tried to recreate the recipe in our homes, but could never get it right. The cheese didn't melt properly, the buns didn't have the right consistency, and the beef was cut too thin. We had the wrong ingredients.

Well, if you love Vij's, one of Vancouver's best Indian restaurants, then hit Rangoli, Vij's takeout store for the industrious, refill-your-own-cup crowd. Though it doesn't sell Beef and Cheddars, it does have the V's killer food, though uncooked and ready for your innovation. Good luck.
