For the rest of us it’s hell, which is why the arrival of a second Blo Dry Bar in the South Granville area is reason to celebrate. With its grand debut on Friday, March 28, the second Blo showed itself to be modeled after the flagship location in Yaletown, complete with Philippe Starck’s Louis Ghost chairs, hot-pink lucite counter-tops, and Mercedes Benz silver detailing.

Building esthetics aside, it’s the service we’re hungry for – BloBlo offers a menu of eight very different styles, all for around $30 in under 30 minutes. With names like Executive Sweet, Holly Would, Bardot Updo, and Red Carpet, it is entirely possible to find your perfect match at Blo – it’s kind of like speed dating for your hair, except you find your life partner on the first try and you can change your mind every week and always look hot.

Featuring eight chairs in the newly renovated 650 square foot space, it’ll be possible to get washed, blo-wn, and styled with your posse, so bring the ladies, some bubbly and settle in for some serious hair time with Blo’s talented stylists.
