Anything that did not belong to the late ‘60s early ‘70s period of fashion in England cannot be called exclusively mod. Instead, recreation of the influential clothing pieces can only be called Modish – a combination between the Mods (which was firstly an attitude, and secondly a clothing trend) with stylish.
This is especially true of the styles aren’t exclusive “Mod” inspired and employ elements of other inferior fashion decades (i.e. ‘80s ankle boots). So please, follow this clothing aesthetic accordingly, or just ask the friendly salespeople for help if you really are lost.
