eople of the ‘90s do not be confused – Salmagundi is in no way directly related to the Crash Test Dummies or Solomon Gundy. Rather, Salmagundi was purported to be a meal served on pirate ships – appropriate due to Van City’s coastal location thought most pirate booty will be found on the coast of the Atlantic rather than the Pacific. Regardless, stumbling upon this quirky gift shop is nearly as wonderful as stumbling on a buried treasure chest (well almost as delightful… suspend your beliefs with me here). This store carries a collection of random things from antiques to collectibles, which make perfect presents for the in laws! Pick up some booty (STD free) as a souvenir.
