    Drag Ball On Parade
    Wednesday June 25th

What’s the point of going to Pride Week if you aren’t going to see a few drag queens? I mean seriously, that’s a huge part of the appeal. Sure, you’ll probably see a few just wandering the streets and a vast amount at the parade, but you want to see drag queens in their natural habitat: performing on stage and vamping it up for all the world to see. That’s why you’re going to want to head to the Gladstone on Tuesday to see some of the finest transsexuals in the world strutting their stuff. Like it or hate it, you’ll never forget it. Performances at 8:00pm and 11:00pm. Tickets are $20.

    Libido
    Thursday June 26th

A night of dancing, bumping, and grinding is always in order during Pride Week and there is really no better way to get over that mid-week hump. This fundraising event for the Dyke March unites some amazing talent who make sure that there is no one in the club who isn’t dancing and having an amazing time. RV enthusiast JD Samson, queer-rock fourtet Dance Yourself to Death, and Goodyhandy's resident DJ, Nik Red will be taking the stage and providing more entertainment than the Gladstone could possibly handle. The building might collapse. You’ve been warned. Doors at 8:30. Tickets are $15.

    Pride Street Festival
    Friday June 27th

The Pride Street Festival kicks off on Friday at 6:00pm and until Sunday at 11:00pm. Most of the Church and Wellesley area will be shut down and filled with 9 stages of live entertainment, Family Pride, five beverage gardens, Community Fair, venders, a parade, and of course, the Dyke March. No self respecting Pride aficionado can really experience Pride Week without putting in some significant time at the street festival. It really brings the whole event together.
