All the dishes have clear Japanese roots, but they are also infused with a Western influence (specifically British Columbia…cause, you know, that’s where the restaurant is). The menu offers a variety of inventive takes on sushi such as salmon tango maki, TSK roll, seafood crepe and prawn roll. So if eating raw fish has lost it’s exotic appeal, it’s time to step up and enjoy a new kind of sushi. . – P.B.
