This is the place to eat in Vancouver if you care about food. West’s chic and stylish layout provides a wonderfully relaxing environment to enjoy the short, but impressive main menu. There is also an early prix-fixe dinner and an extensive tasting menu with vegetarian alternatives. In February, London chef Warren Geraghty is set to take over the restaurant.
