    The food is okay, and one thing that i don't like is the services, we were a group of 15 people, obviously we were automatically charged and 18% gratuity which was okay to us. BUT i hate to say that the waitress and one guy with big body and a spike hair(I think he is one of the server) were RUDE. It was because we asked for separate bill and not for all the 15 people,some of us share with each other at one bill. I quote what he was saying to us "if you guys get up at the same time, you guys can't pay at the same", We know that we're kinda block the way near the cashier BUT we are customer and we have money to pay, we're not a homeless or eat and want to run away and the thing is, This is a HIGH END restaurant BUT how come that guys talked like he is a server from McDonald, we are not coming back again. PLEASE2...if you are the manager refer to the big guy,change your attitude, if you are not the manager, whoever the manager is, please assure your team to be MORE POLITE...thank you...

    I have to say I am a fan of most of the Glowbal Group restaurants. This one is no different. Interior is modern yet comfortable. Food was amazing, service was great. Managers introduced themselves and help choose a wine. (which was great) The restaurant gets extremely busy at times so expect that. I have no complaints and will definitely be back. Spaghetti Bolognese was amazing! 3rd best I have had in the world.

    The wait was so long. We were told it would be one and a half hours wait. We waited two and a half hours. The front desk staff were rude to us. We overheard several people ask to speak to a manager. Atmosphere was good and food was tasty but portion size was very small.I don't think we will go again.

    stumbled accross the Trattoria this past weekend - wow, what a great venue - well needed in Kits. finally a restaurant that i can visit more than once on a weekly basis. had a the two of the shared platters - too much food for two and incredibly priced. quality was excellent and the room was a real buzz. real mixed crowd with people with money and locals enjoying themselves. our server was awesome and knowledgeable. only downfall was the room was a little warm but everyone was too busy eating and taking it all in!

    Food was tasty. However if you are very hungry, the portion sizes are rather small. And I must say, the service was terrible...so I doubt that I will be returning. There are enough good restaurants in the city, why bother with the ones with bad service.
