Bad service, had to wave down the waitress several times to refill our cups with tea. They don't seem to understand English and I had a difficult time trying to tell them what I wanted. The chicken I ordered was not fully cooked, and came to me very pink in the centre. I didn't notice it until I finished half of it, and I told the waitress and all she did was say "sorry," no discount or free dish. When I went to pay my bill, I brought the chicken up with me to show the cook and the guy that looked like the manager and both didn't do anything. They said something in Japanese and totally ignored me. The waitress kept smiling and giggling over something, and still charged me full price for my meal. I told her this was unacceptable and that I can get sick with salmonella, and her reply was that she doesn't speak English. I was very upset and did not tip them. I will never go back to this place again. Don't bother.
