he Terrace Bar provides patrons with an upscale menu, a solid drinks selection and the well-established service of the Four Seasons. It’s hardly a local haunt to attend for cheap drinks, but still one of the best places in town to sip an overpriced martini and check out low-grade celebrities. A classy joint for people with expendable incomes or posers desperately trying to fake their way into the elite. - P.B.
