hought the moniker is two letters shy of the caffeinated beverage, this West Coast café serves plenty of tea, coffee and baked goods, as well as the utensils and baking accoutrements to make said baked goods at home.
Isabel Li serves the local lunch and brekkie crowd a series of fluffy pastries (croissants) and the usual soup, sandwich and salad fare one can expect from a reputable Tea Room. Take your granny for a high tea service in the garden and live out that Secret Garden fantasy. –E.J.

2 Reader Reviews | Out of this world pastries, breads etc.....The bread assortment was impressive and the quality superb. The Challah bread was heavenly and admit that I could have eaten it in one sitting. The pastry is buttery, crispy and scrumptious.
I have told many friends and colleagues and have been drooling until my next return which will probably be tomorrow.
P.S. try the almond sliced bread!!!!!!!!!!Try everything
