 his family-run restaurant has been around for 23 years at various locations in Vancouver until they settled on West Broadway. The name says it all—this Chinese eatery specializes in Szechuan cuisine. They are known for their Szechuan Style Green Beans, mouth watering Ginger Beef, Tan Tan Noodle Soup and Dai Ching Chicken with or without bones. They also have a live seafood menu that features Alaskan King Crab, Rockcod with ginger and onions, live jumbo prawns with chili sauce as well as scallops and oysters, cooked in the tradiational Szechuan way. - A.C.
