 tock Up is a brand spanking new food emporium located in the heart of Kerrisdale. The café/eatery/shop has everything customers need to stock up for the winter, which is why the opening date is genius. After only two weeks of operation, chilled Vancouverites are grouping together within Stock Up’s walls to warm up with home-made soups and fresh soup stocks. The place also serves coffee, sandwiches, fresh family dinners to go, butters, oils, pestos, etc. The list is long and scrumptious. So drop by and see what all the buzz is about. –J.T.

7 Reader Reviews | Yes the food was very good. I have been there twice. The sandwiches are good and the soups even better. However, I do find it kind of pricey. But hey this is Kerrisdale. They should garnish their sandwich plates with something on the side though...perhaps some carrots sticks or a few olives. Otherwise all you end up with is a sandwich on a huge bare platter.

Oh my goodness - FINALLY - someone "gets-it". This is the very best spotto find healthy "home-cooked" meals. Perfect for the working-single-mom-on-the-run. So much better than all the formality (and waiting) when eating out at a typical restaurant; yet we find the food at STOCK-UP to be better than most restaurants. What a great addition to Kerrisdale. It is just what a busy mom needs! Great meals at a reasonable price for the high quality that you get. No need to go to Granville Island for soups anymore. I would even rate them better than the Stock Market. I have just made it my new morning hangout for coffee.

Great food and very health conscious. Good to take home meals for people who don't want to cook dinner. Excellent soups and main dishes, with a good variety of choices. I have had a couple of soups there and enjoyed them very much, as well as their entrees. New on the block and hope they do very well. As well, I was told they will start doing brunches on the weekends, which is awesome.
